Support Warp

Warp is a pretty fantastic Rust-based terminal: https://www.warp.dev/

Unfortunately, newsh does not work with it when trying to open panes or tabs. New windows of the default macOS Terminal app open up instead.

@sunnysingh thanks for opening this issue. Opened an issue to see if warp team is willing to provide an API to support this.
