[WooCommerce]: Products using the block editor after being created in classic editor don’t auto update

Describe the bug When we have products created using the Classic Editor and then enable the block editor for WooCommerce the meta description doesn’t auto-update when we edit the product short description. On top of that, newly created products with the block editor get the main content added to the description instead of the short description content. All this happens when we use the variable %excerpt% for the meta description.

Expected behavior I believe we should provide consistency between editors and also look into the possibility of auto-updating the meta description in the snippet preview.
