Create some basic javascript content of ngCourse2 training

Many of our training clients need some more basic javascript and architecture learning to have an effective A2 Training. Let's create an online for some basic content. (MVP)

Guidance from Yuri: We spend a lot of time making sure that our training is the best for the most demanding and most proficient developer. And the majority of our client are coming to us because they are not. Let’s not keep wishing they knew more.

• Flesh out introduction to javascript content
• Spread out the javascript content; Throw some Angular 2.0 at them early on. I.e. Start by showing the Angular template.
• Our clients want to learn Angular 2.0, so take a more superficial path over our material if necessary, where clients feel that they’ve gotten somewhere in learning Angular 2.0.

Does this information belong in the book? I think it's a good strategy to use this approach while training but I dont think it really belongs in the online materials. I think it would disrupt the learning flow of specific concepts to be taking detours to go over javascript details.
