No Component Tree/State [TypeError: track.getInterpolation is not a function]

Augury version (required): 1.25.2 Angular version (required): 8.2.14 Date: 7/20/2020 OS: Windows10

Description of issue: Augury errors out when building the component tree. It shows the message TypeError: track.getInterpolation is not a function. Results either in no component tree, or showing No state to show for individual component state
