Restore tabs on startup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's no reason the tabs shouldn't restore on startup as gemini pages load almost instantly and are so lightweight, consuming little data. Internet browsers for the GNOME desktop are usually meant to be closed when not in use, therefore they start you back where you left off.
