Black screen on Pi Zero with SDK > 7-2018-q2

I haven't exhaustedly tested them all, but with at least 9-2019-q4 and 10-2020-q4, all kernels will build for Pi Zero but display only a black screen. Unclear whether issue is SDK, an upstream component compatibility issue, or a bug in BMC64 itself.
