[PROBLEM] some games can't detect my remap key, other do

Hi

I like to remap the RWin key to Q because is a good solution for the majority of games. I play in the right side of the keyboard, so for me, RWin is a very important key while this be a remaped like Q key.

But, I've noticed some games don't like SharpKeys, may the way some games manage the input behavior, I think.

some examples are: (this games don't detect the remaped RWin key) Tomb Raider 2013 Tomb Raider Anniversay Crysis etc

and other games like: (this games detect the remaped RWin key) Paladins Ion Fury Quake 3 Arena etc

RWin -> Q remaped key Image

so, the only solution for this is I need to delete the remaped key and remap this with AutoHotkey. Image

but this solution are terrible. I don't like AutoHotkey because is very annoying sometimes where I need to minimize the "X" game and "reload" the .ahk script for a correct detection of the remaped RWin->Q key then, there's a way to solve this?

SharpKeys is a permanent solution for something very simple: A single key to be remaped to another key.

I hope someone can help me, this is very frustating. Cheers.
