Auto-complete background colors

Thanks for the great tool. I am using it with VSCode.

1. Is there a way to customize background color of autocomplete menu (highlighted in red box) which at times makes it is difficult to read.

2. Is there a way to do away with spacing between successive prompts.

I have the same issue but on dark color scheme

I had the same issue with IPython console and this StackOverflow answer solved it.
