Wish: Snippet support (vscode)

I have no idea how complicated that would be or if this would be possible at all.

I am making heavy use of snippets in RStudio (in the console mainly). vscode-r supports R snippets but they only work in the editor.

It would be awesome if radian could somehow support auto-expand for vscode snippets.

+1. If I could type a hotkey/macro that does "view(df); enter" that'd be fun
