Noticable input lag

Not sure if this has been adressed before, but anyways. Im experiencing pretty noticeable input lag (probably 0.2 seconds) while typing in the console (using windows10/cmd.exe).

I don't experience any noticeable lag and profiling showed that the lag is anywhere between 0.02-0.04s so it should not be detectable at all. With that said, similar issues have been raised several times and I don't have a solution now.

On sublime 4 - build 4125 - my terminal becomes very laggy after maybe a few hundred lines of log, between 0.3 ~ 0.8 delay when typing, then lags a lot when I scroll up and down.
