[BUG?] npm and node commands not recognized - Windows 10

As title says. I tried to use terminus to run these commands and never managed to make them work. Same thing goes for AWS CLI. They do however work on normal shell and they're added in the PATH variable.

I have no idea what else to do to make it run.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar issue. When listing files in /usr/bin/ I will get different results on my normal Terminal versus Terminus which correspond to which commands are recognized in each setting. Why/how does the different setting affect which files exist in a directory?
