add cmd and powershell to the list of choose program for windows users

Please add cmd and powershell to the list of choose program for windows users. I don't want to use cmder/RGUI etc.

Unfortunately, they are hard to support due to their lack of functionalities. I can take a pull request for their supports if one manage to get them working well。

You can now use Terminus to open cmd.exe or powershell.exe.
