On iOS, the advertising devices likes to rename itself back to the name of the device

Greetings, everyone,

I faced an issue here that On iOS, the advertising devices likes to rename itself back to the name of the device, i.e. Rand' iPhone, which is documented in the redme. But Some devices are working perfectly(show the name in the ad data) while other deviced keep showing the default device name of the iphone. Why? I would like to figure out the causes, any idea?
