[feature] enable html5/push notification

Hi, Could it be possible to add a feature like sending a html5 notification when cleaning is finish ? I know that i could be possible by mqtt + Ha but for a use without thoses services, it could be cool. Thanks :)

The telegram bot also notifies you about the finish of a cleaning run. Therefore you don't need mqtt or HA.
