Multi Cluster Observability with AIOps
Needs to create an Opni Cluster and enable ingest plugins for opensearch cluster
User should be able to view the existing cluster and possible upgrades
UI will work with the management API to manage lifecycle and present details on the opensearch cluster
At this moment the RCA service(POC version) is able to `localize` the root cause service/pod. the next step to complete the story is to `analysis` the potential root cause.
