Dev Kit is the term for the documentation we need to provide for our own developers to extend the dashboard UI, build new UIs, build plugins and enable new developers to get up to speed with developing Rancher UIs.

• Browsable developer documentation (i.e. the docs currently in the GitHub docs folder that are hard to browse)
  • Includes overview, how to get started, how to write tests, technical overview of code structure and design
• UI Component-level documentation
