Remove Support for EKS version 1.30

As part of github.com/rancher/rancher/issues/49679 the UI needs to remove version 1.30 from the hardcoded list of EKS versions here https://github.com/rancher/dashboard/blob/master/pkg/eks/assets/data/eks-versions.js#L5
