Resource Detail: Update the design of the Secret and ConfigMap detail pages

Both should should reflect the changes outlined in @confluence /display/CU/Resource+page+redesign.

Specifically in the ConfigMap detail page we should render the DetailText with the new sensitive data show/hide button

Going through the PR conversation this could benefit of manual checks further. The unit tests update looks good.

Tested on latest (Rancher v2.12-e6fa86c1c80079ebf13bb603be09ec1e647ac366-head / Dashboard master f8a6ddf)

  • Show/hide toggle works independently for each sensitive field.
  • Legacy Secret detail page remains unchanged and functional (add ?legacy=false query parameter to the url to see the legacy page).
  • All tabs and sections display correct data for each secret type.
  • Show/hide works for all sensitive fields in every secret type.
  • Page renders correctly in both light and dark modes.
  • Other resource detail pages are unaffected.
  • No visual or functional issues discovered.
