Form validation is broken for Azure credential

Setup

• Rancher version: 2.9
• Rancher UI Extensions: None
• Browser type & version: Chrome

Describe the bug

Form becomes valid too early when creating Azure credential as part of Azure cluster provisioning. It works correctly if created from Cloud credentials page

To Reproduce

Clusters -> Create new -> Azure AKS Create new credential Enter "Credential name" and "Client ID"

Result "Continue" button is enabled.

Expected Result

Continue button should be disabled until remaining required fields are filled in.
