MariaDB Galera schedule rules: deploy to hosts with label xyz

I tested and also modified (global service) the mariadb galera from catalog. Would it possible to add some additional configurations like host schedule rules (each host with label or as globals service)?

In addition to this, when I try to reschedule the services by "upgrade". Rancher is always unable to find the hosts to make it. I have to scale down from 3->1, upgrade, then scale up 1->3 to make this procedure work.
