Networking mode = host does not work with Networking tunnel on (Windows)

Actual Behavior

If you turn on the networking tunnel, host networking does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on networking tunnel.
2. Run a container that is able to connect with a certain port
3. Try connect to it, it will fail.

Result

No connection to the container.

Expected Behavior

Connection works.

Additional Information

If networking tunnel is off the connection to the container works. This is cool, as Docker Desktop is unable to offer this option, so this is actually an extra feature that rancher desktop offers.
