Dashboard needs to handle kubernetes coming back to life
Actual Behavior
With the Dashboard up, if I restart kubernetes there's a notification that the k8s server isn't available, the contents are greyed out, and a single word of text, "Loading", appears.
But when k8s is back up, the Dashboard doesn't respond, and still says "Loading".
Expected Behavior
The Dashboard should be repopulated
Rancher Desktop Version
1.6.0-rc3
Rancher Desktop K8s Version
1.23.12

Odd, the dashboard eventually comes back to life for me. (I was going to file a bug about the dashboard breaking when we restart, but I couldn't reproduce the issue.)
Maybe I didn't wait long enough, but there weren't any other notifications or new entries in the logs.
