mkcramfs-lzma

I've developed a tool mkcramfs-lzma, to go along with uncramfs-lzma, which you may want to consider including in firmware-mod-kit.

Due to problems with uncramfs-lzma, it is difficult for me to tell if this is working correctly for files larger than the block size, and it is possible that some changes may be needed.
