Cannot build without Microsoft.QualityTools.Testing.Fakes and not available in NuGet

I'm not familiar with this library, and it looks like it was part of VS2012, but it isn't in VS 2017, and I can't figure out how to find it in NuGet. The link posted in the wiki, https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh549175.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 is documentation of how to use the content, but nothing about how to download or install it.

I have Visual Studio Professional (or Enterprise, or whatever they call the one you pay for now) and have installed the xRM developer toolkit, following the instructions here: https://dynamics365northernireland.com/2017/03/07/install-dynamics-365-developer-toolkit-with-visual-studio-2017/
