Teleport Phantom Camera Call Method

Feature Description
Allows the user to teleport a PCam
to the designated position and rotation — effectively skipping over any damping behaviour.
This is to simplify the user from having to do more manual approaches like enabling or disabling damping or utilizing a multiple PCam
setup to achieve the desired result.
Use Cases
When moving a followed or looked-at node a long distance while the PCam
has damping enabled, but where the damping then leads to having to wait for the camera to catch-up up with the node. The Current result is that it can disrupt the scene's flow and interaction.
