Invalid directory indexing option AddAltClass - Internal Server Error 500

When I delete the IndexOption +AddAltClass, the listing works (but with not the proper styling), but with it, Apache gives me an Internal 500 Server error.

Any ideas how to fix this? Very appreciative of the help!

It helps us in adding IndexStyleSheet through which we can set a custom style sheet for indexing. It also disables inbuilt Apache CSS styling, which is why your styling might be broken.

And also try removing both AddAltClass and IndexStyleSheet and see if helps and LMK if it doesn't.
