Consider moving to GitHub Action or Travis CI dot com

As title, since the Travis CI dot org has been deprecated soon, it's time to move to other CI services.

The Travis CI dot com is the good choice because it's easy to do setting migration, but it's not friendly for the open source projects.

Another CI service is GitHub Action, it's good for the open source project, but it should have additional to do CI setting migration.
