Containers show synced in the synced containers sidebar but not in Multi-account containers tab of firefox
@ramkumar-kr I tried to use the latest version of your add on (version 1.1.2) and I see that the containers of Machine A (OSX 10.15.3 / FF 71.0) are showing up in the synced containers side bar of machine B (Win 10 / FF 71.0 64 bit) but they are not showing up in the Multi-Account containers tab. So I am not sure how do I use the container functionality on machine B
Thanks a lot for pointing it out. I was able to reproduce the issue and am currently working on fixing the bug.
I have released a new version 1.1.14 which fixes the issue. Please check and let me know if you are still facing the same issue. The steps I did are
- Click on backup in machine A
- Click on sync (firefox sync) in machine A
- Click on sync (firefox sync) in machine B
- Click on restore in machine B
Hi @ramkumar-kr
Followed your steps but still see the same issue. Containers seem to be synced in containers syc tab but not in the multi-account containers tab so they seem to be cannot used

Also to confirm the version that I have is 1.1.4 and not 1.1.14 as per your comment.
This is strange. I tried to sync from Ubuntu to Windows with the latest version (1.1.4, sorry), and it created the containers properly. I cannot guarantee but uninstalling and installing the application again may solve the issue. I will update here if I get to reproduce the bug again.
Let me try uninstalling from all my machines and retry
