Copying taxon names

It would be nice to enable users to copy and/or edit the text of the nodes on double-click.

Currently the copy function makes a copy of the selected subtree. However, if a taxon label is selected then it makes sense to copy this instead (or a list of them if more than one is selected). Editing taxon labels I will put into a different issue.
