dupliated taxa

Hi, I am using figtree 1.4.4. I am getting errors with a large dataset of 1985 trees with 149 taxa. It says that one taxon is duplicated, but I cannot see any duplication. Each taxon is exactly once in each tree. If I open only 5 trees it will work. What can be the issue? Thak you, Petr
