decimal dot vs decimal comma

FigTree insists on using comma as a decimal separator, most likely due to os locale. This should at least be configurable if not outright ignored (almost always decimal comma is needed).

Moreover, it is impossible to input numbers in consistent convention: commas are displayed but only dot is accepted in the input (e.g. setup colour range dialog).
