HSB sliders for node labels lag

Select a number of node labels to be coloured and then click on the colour tab. When trying to alter any of the three values (or move the slider) there is a significant lag (can be up to 10 seconds).

Problem only relative when clicking on the colour tab, all other tabs working fine in full-speed with no lag. Attempted to remove and reinstall latest .dmg (MacOS 10.14.6) and reboot machine, issue still present.

Please advise?
