Hello, what is the license for this repository?

The licences are at the top of each source file but generally they are BSD type.

Hi, there are some files taken over from PAML featuring the old license of PAML which is considered non-free since there are usage restrictions applied ("provided no fee is charged"). Meanwhile PAML swiched to GPL-3. It would be really great if you could update the license of the files source/eigen.* and source/gamma.* in your code to have a fully free code base.
