Losing sync on PAL SNES with Sync on Luma RGBS cable at Higher Resolutions

Open PabloNewt opened this issue 10 months ago • 2 comments

I have found that with a PAL SNES with Sync on Luma RGBS cable my GBS Control will lose sync and intermittently have a black screen. I subsequently found that if I reduced the resolution down to something like 800 x 600 (instead of the 960p or 1080p) the problem is mostly resolved... only now and again at start up does it lose sync now. So whilst I have a work around was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

The same think is happening to me, and doesn't matter which SNES (PAL or NTSC) i'm using.

I have a Japanese Super Famicom with regular RGBS and there’s no problem in that config.
