Blank and black screen. Text spam on web console

HI. I've been trying to get my board working.

It keep printing out

ADC offset: R:41 G:46 B:3F
HTotal Adjust: -5, source Hz: 59.940, output Hz: 59.943

preset applied: 1280x960 for NTSC 60Hz

It flickers in and out of outputting video. Sometimes if I'm clicking one of the other resolutions I get a glimps of a frame from my device (a wii). It still looks a bit funky.

Does anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting? I've tried reversing the SDA/SCL pins, removing my clock generator, and resoldering my hdmi to vga connector.
