Clock Modification Woes

So ive set up my project with an Amiga A500. Works great. However, try as I might - with two different Si5153a boards - I cannot get the board to work. It has power, Ive checked the connections and I think they are all good and per the instructions. The only avenue to test is to toggle the software "Frametime Lock" - aside from the voltage - and it just toggles without a message - which says to me its not working.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have Amiga 500 working and looking great on GBS8200 and Wemos D1 mini (ESP8266) and no clock mod. Might be worth trying D1 mini, I haven't tried Si5153a.

Message is vague, you have no video output at all, or what is the problem?
