Cannot save and load profile when Atari 1040 STf is plugged in

Strange problem. Cannot save and load profile when Atari 1040 STf is plugged in. When I load it defaults to wrong resolution, even if "matched presets" is switched off.

However, if I load profile that I created for Amiga1200 or 600 it loads and uses that profile without problem. I tried loading A1200 profile, than changing slot and saving exact the same information to new slot, no luck, same problem.

Is there any way to delete created profile, or you can only write over it with another profile?
