[ISSUE] Can't enable dashboard strategy
What happened?
Here's the issue I'm seeing when I tried to create a new dashboard
Configuration error Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith')

Still getting this error with the new prerelease version @raman325
Error loading the dashboard strategy:
No strategy type found
Can you share your YAML config for the dashboard as well as any tracebacks in the dev console?
I'm still getting this error:
Configuration error Timeout waiting for strategy element ll-strategy-dashboard-lock-code-manager to be registered

I am about to release another change based on some of the other bugs. Once that's released please install. Assuming you still have the same error, can you open developer tools in the browser you are running Home Assistant in and check the console? You should see some errors. I would love a full dump of those errors so that I can troubleshoot further
