It would be really useful, if your app was downloadable on F-Droid. It could also get community more involved, as the app would be visible there.

Currently Google Play ships Tea Timer 1.7.0. We would like to include 1.7.0 in F-Droid, however no source-code/commit for 1.7.0 is available. Could this be fixed?
Small thing, but can you include a copy of the GPL in a file called COPYING? That makes it a lot easier for people to redistribute the software.
