Max records in this app is 27. It would be great if this could be increased.

See below screenshots showing this application now displaying a maximum of 27 records. It would be great if this could be increased (to what?) as often I find a record I'm looking for has already dropped off. Perhaps an addition of a scroll bar would be needed for this extended list to work. Other approaches/suggestions welcome!

On a different PC I get a maximum number of records as 34. So there appears to be something dynamic controlling this.
