Not properly run on windows 10

Not properly run on windows 10. I get this message when running the usb-reset as administrator. Unable to open device 04d8:000a, are you root?

can anybody run it windows 10..?

You're the first person I've heard that has tried, I've certainly not tested it.

Out of interest, what Windows libusb did you use?

My system is Windows 10 x64 . and I downloaded libusb 1.0 from the official github page. (https://github.com/libusb/libusb) I heard that libusb not run properly on windows. especially usb reset function. but i don't remember which site i read.

I've also done some more looking into this and have seen claims of reset not working on Windows, which does spoil the point of this tool.
