Suggest migrating to other tools

Some of core modules of generator-rff, e.g. wiredep, grunt-usemin, are unmaintained now. The original ecosystem based on Grunt and Bower is ending.

We should suggest users to migrate to rff-gulp or other modern project starter kit.
