Build MoarVM with libffi instead of dyncall on OpenBSD.

By default, rakudo star (following the instructions) will build MoarVM with dyncall as its nativecall backend. On OpenBSD, this does not work (see also #121). However, libffi seems to be doing okay, so defaulting to that may be a good idea (for this platform, anyway).
