It sounds like this problem isn't caused by the app so I'll close this issue. Let me know if it should be reopened.
If you are asking about a configurable firewall within the app, then yes it is currently out of scope. The app is using the default OS firewall on Windows, macOS...
I'll do some final testing and then merge this
