I see the sign in issue as separate from the image capture issue. Any ideas on either front? should these be split into 2 separate requests?

good idea other than for event registration I don't think you could do that and accept payment but I might be wrong

I use google forms for our feedback and it is fine sometimes I wish it had a bit more robust reports but free is free

I would think if we are going to allow both family and or individual could we do a double drop down? pull family first and ajax populate a second individual...
