[BUG]: Impersonate feature doesn't work

Describe the bug The Impersonate feature doesn't work anymore

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Browser: Chrome, Edge
  • Dynamics 365 v9.1
  • Admin
  • On-Premise
  • Classic Interface
  • Classic App

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Levelup for Dynamics' Extension
  2. Click on 'Impersonate' tab
  3. Enter user name and click 'Search User'
  4. Nothing happens as a result, users to choose from don't get displayed

Expected behavior I used to be able to use this feature in the past, but it stopped working a few months ago.
