[BUG]: Minor - new button on Modal record Main form generates an error only if Level Up extension is installed

• Entity name, if it is an out-of-the-box entity N/A

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to view an existing record in a modal window (ours uses JS code on a subgrid select)
2. Click on New button
3. See error
4. Refresh window and new form appears

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I would expect the new create form to appear instead of the error
