Any restrictions to use LEVEL UP on CRM?

Hello my dear fellows,

By any chance anyone knows if there are any available restriction on the market to prevent LEVEL UP from working on CRM? I am trying to use it on one of my clients CRM , but it does not work, none of the functionality is working. I tried to find out by googling that issue, and could not find any available apps or security software that could prevent LEVEL UP from working. When I log in to clients CRM it opens a window saying LIVE MONITORING is in place, press continue to log in to the environment, i wonder if that is the reason why it is not working and if there is a workaround?

Hoping to find answers and help here.

Apparently it is LIVE Monitoring on their CRM, that prevents it from working
