regression: can not delete species/reference through cmdline since 0.7 introduced multiple references

spacemake config delete_species --name NAME --reference REF does not work. Instead of deleting only the designated REF it complains that --reference is not a valid argument.

That is at least slightly better than deleting the entire species entry...
