getting original cell identities with target space locations

Hey,

I would like to be able to see which cell identity maps to which location in my target space. I followed the pipeline for "Validate localized mapping of individual cells" in the tutorial, but this works on cell numbers instead of the barcodes. Do the numbers directly relate to the AnnData list of barcodes from the single-cell data?
